Psalm 100: 66th Edition

When I was in praise team back in youth group days, we were always excited to practice and introduce new contemporary Christian praise songs. We would spend hours practicing the perfect lead in, harmonious vocals…but even with all that time spent on learning new songs, my fall-back praise song when I seek prayer in my heart is “We Fall Down“. I was and am drawn to the simplicity and depth of the words. How many praise songs have just one verse and six words to the chorus to lift up the holiness in His name? I encourage you all to remove burdensome distractions and to focus on the simplicity and elegance of God’s gift to you.
