Psalm 100: 50th Edition

Pinky TE’s Pick Of The Week

Editor’s Note: This song was previously submitted in the Fortieth edition of Psalm 100. In this post, Pinky TE shares another perspective on this impactful song.

10,000 Reasons is a song from beginning to the end of the song worships God word by word! Each day we forget or even do not recognize what God does in our lives. If we were to start counting each and every thing that he did and continues to do (even the little things that we barely recognize), we would be listing over 10000 reasons to praise God. If you’re reading this, you most likely have a roof over your head, luxury of having your own room; which are pretty small compared to God’s Love. Have you ever woke up and thanked God for loving you? If you do not know how much He loves us, let me remind you that He sent His own son from Heaven down to Earth, and even put Him on the cross to redeem us. Maybe it’s not as impactful as it should be because we take it for granted, or even hard for us to understand the concept. ANYWAYS, this song reminds us that from the moment we started our walk with God till our dying breaths, there will be at least 10,000 reasons to praise and worship Him each day we wake up. I would like to challenge all those reading this post to listen to 10,000 reason by Matt Redman every morning for at least a week; and when I say listen to it, I do not mean just listen to the song, but take each word and let the song be yours, and your praise to God.
