Psalm 100: 46th Edition

“My Heart, Your Home” was inspired by a little book titled My Heart, Christ’s Home. When I first read this little book which was less than 25 pages during my junior year in high school, I came to realize that our Lord is sincerely seeking to have an intimate relationship with us. Using the house metaphor, the author reminds the readers that Christians are often satisfied simply having the Lord lingering in their heart’s living room when He desires to come into our study room, bedroom, and even bathroom. We tell the Lord, “Jesus, I know that you want to come into my personal space, but I don’t feel comfortable having you in there. So why don’t you stay in the living room and just watch some T.V.?”
