We often ask ourselves in times of loneliness, “Who will help me? Who will love me? Who will be my true friend?” These questions afflict our souls even when we are surrounded by the people who dearly love us. I believe this desire is an evidence of our spiritual longingness for the divine friendship that Jesus could only offer. Praise God for our Lord came to be our lover and friend!
