If you want to be a real man or a real woman of God, I was reminded of what we need to do!!! It takes a lot of wisdom and courage.… Repent. We need wisdom to repent!
You know, I’m not able to see all the things in my life that get God so mad! I need wisdom to even see some of the things that obviously offend God. Yes, God gives me grace a billion plus one times. Then … I realize that’s how many times I broke His heart. It takes courage to repent! We don’t admit when we are wrong. God wants us to admit it to Him as well as the ones we love most as well. It also takes courage to stop the habits we are just don’t want to stop that we know offend God. We cannot beat sin. But when we repent, God gives us the power – Christ’s blood – to defeat sin. The blood restores us … one day at a time.
