Pastor Daniel’s Pick of the Week
Jonathan Butler is a Christian Jazz/R&B artist from South Africa. Jazz and R&B are not typical music genres for worship songs, but he does excellent jobs bringing these unique styles together in his songs. In his recent album “Free,” he introduced many songs that bring encouragements to the listeners. “Be Encouraged” is one of those songs that gives tremendous encouragement to its listeners. The simple lyrics and repetitions of “Be encouraged” reminds us that God is on our side and there is no reason for us to feel discouraged. I hope that this song would lift you up and help you to see that God is always with you. Be encouraged, DSYG!
